Initiate the return or replacement of an Amazon Business order
Generally, you can return items for a refund or replacement. Sometimes, you can exchange items.
Account administrator, group administrators, finance users, and the requisitioner who placed the order can initiate a return for items sold by Amazon and third parties. If the order's delivery address was a shared address, you must select a shared address as the return address.

If you received a gift from an Amazon Business account, contact the sender to request a return.
To initiate a return or replacement:
- Select Your Orders.
- In the View Your Orders dropdown, select View All.
- Select the order, then select Return or Replace Items or Problem with order and follow the prompts. If a replacement is unavailable, only the return option displays.
Return options
When returning an item, you'll see available return options based on your location. If you have a Label-Free, Box-Free return point within 1 kilometre of your address, you can return your item there for free - no printing or packaging needed. For home pickup service, a €2.95 shipping fee will apply. This fee does not apply to clothing and shoe returns. We always offer at least 1 free return option. Simply choose the return option that works best for you through the Online Returns Center when starting your return.
