Order confirmation and order messaging

Requisitioners on business accounts receive order confirmation emails.

Order confirmation email

  • Order confirmation emails name one item from the order.
  • Orders that contain multiple items display the order quantity.
  • An order confirmation email includes:
    • Recipient name
    • Shipping address
    • Order cost
    • Planned Delivery Date
    • Link to the order status
    • Business Customer Service contact information
  • You can select the order number mentioned in the order confirmation email to view your Order Summary. If you enter a purchase order (PO) number during checkout, you will see it below the order number.
  • You can go to the Order history page to view a list of products ordered, quantities, and costs.
