Order restrictions
There are certain restrictions on digital products and services.
Order restrictions for shared payment methods
Some orders such as digital content, gift cards, and services are not available for purchase with shared payment methods, and are ineligible for a VAT invoice.
The following are not eligible for purchase using Business Credit Account:
- Digital content
- Amazon Dash Replenishment services
- Gift cards
- Other Amazon services not found on the Amazon website such as: Amazon Web Services and subsidiaries.
Digital-related purchases and business accounts
Digital content includes:
- Kindle books
- Prime Video
- Digital music/Prime Music
- Digital games
- Digital software
- Audible audio books
Digital content has certain rights and sharing restrictions. For example, some content is part of the requisitioner's business account. You cannot share or transfer it with others in your business, even if the requisitioner leaves the organization or converts their account to a personal account.
